Cristela Alonzo is a American stand-up comic, producer writer and actress. Cristela is well-known due to the TV show Cristela that started in 2014. It was the first Latina to create a writers and stars on her own show on a network. Her family was raised in Texas but later relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her professional career. She was a part of television shows including Sons of Anarchy, General Hospital and Sons of Anarchy. She also wrote for TV programs like Mind of Mencia.
